Here are the assignments for the Myth we will study:( Assignment 6Collapse )( Assignment 7Collapse )The Chapter Test review will be posted on the testing site. It will have 25 random questions from a question bank of about 100. The chapter test will have 50 questions on it, so there is a chance that you may get completely different questions from the review. Most of the questions have been taken from the lesson reviews, so study those and good luck! All assignments for this chapter will be due on Mar 4, 2009. The lesson on Cronus will be skipped this term.

I'm still working on our textbook right now so it may not be for another week or so, plus I'm still playing GI Joe at the moment. Anyway! This survey is worth an easy 10 points to your house. This is what I call a do or do not. You do, you get 10 points. You do not, you get 0 points.-BryanMythology Professor
Hello my fellow Mythologers:I apologize for the issues of late. I have had some military obligations that I had to take care of and as of now they are not yet complete. That being said, this class will not start up again until the second week of June to my absence. I apologize in advance!-BryanMythology Professor
Okay, just for the record, the reason I ask for your age is not because I'm trying to hook up with anyone or anything like that. Sometimes the stories around the Mythology of certains cultures (Greek, Celtic and Norse for sure) can become "rated" higher than PG-13. Some of the stories that I've read involve adult acts. I just want to make sure that the material that I cover is age appropriate. The reason I ask for your e-mail address is so that I can e-mail you information from the program that I use for grades. It will automatically generate a missing assignments report and a welcome to the class letter that gets e-mailed to you.Nobody has said anything about what my welcome survey says, I just want to make sure that there isn't any awkwardness towards my survey. I just want as many people as possible to enjoy my class and make sure that everythign is age appropriate. That's all.-BryanMythology Professor
Okay my mythology students, it is Monday! That means the class is now officially open for participation. I want anyone who is interested in taking this wonderful and fun class to fill out this survey and post it as a comment to this post:( Survey here!Collapse )
The main community is going off hiatus on Monday, so I'm gonna open the class for sign-ups on Monday as well. Everyone who wants to join please copy the welcome survey from the Class Rules page and fill it out, posting it as a reply to this post. We have a lot of stuff to cover this term. I plan on taking a trip through Celtic Mythology, followed by a Loki at Norse Mythology and close it all up with some Roman Mythology.
Welcome boys and germs! As soon as the Main community goes off hiatus we will be starting class. I am Professor Bryan, aka IKnowThyself. I was the teacher a while ago but some personal things brought my teaching to an abrupt halt...anyway enough about that. I just thought that I'd let everyone that is interested in my class know that we will be having Mythology Class this term. I'll post more about this class once I get the okay from the Headmistress to go start the term.-Professor BryanMythology Professor
